In view of that, the petitioner should be enlarged on bail. Accordingly, the prayer for bail is allowed.

The petitioner, namely Biswajit Sarkar, shall be released on bail upon furnishing a bond of Rs. 5,000/- (Rupees Five Thousand Only), with one surety of like amount, to the satisfaction of the learned 2nd Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Basirhat, North 24 Parganas.

The application for bail being CRM 4841 of 2021 is, thus, disposed of.
