This is third round of litigation where the petitioner has prayed for bail. The victim is the deceased wife of the petitioner. It is submitted by the learned Advocate for the petitioner that there was matrimonial discord between the petitioner and his wife and in such disputed relationship both the families were involved. A scuffle took place on the date of occurrence where both the family members were engaged in mutual fighting. In course of such incident, the wife of the petitioner died. It is also submitted that on 4th February, 2019 one Jamal Sk., a coaccused, was granted anticipatory bail by this Court. Learned Public Prosecutor in-Charge opposes the prayer for bail.

We have perused the case diary. There is sufficient material against the accused having committed such offence. Moreover, his prayer was previously rejected by coordinate Benches. Therefore, we do not find any reason or change

circumstance where the petitioner should be enlarged on bail. Accordingly, the prayer for bail is considered and rejected. C.R.M. 4848 of 2021 is dismissed accordingly. (Harish Tandon, J.) (Bibek Chaudhuri, J.)
