From the order passed by the Block Medical Officer of Health, Satkipur BPHC, Beldanga -II, I find that the petitioner was underage, at the time when the application was invited. The petitioner was less than 30 years. In the advertisement, the applications were invited from persons between the age group of 30 to 40 years.

A copy of the order be served upon the learned advocate on record for the petitioner/applicant. If she is aggrieved, she may take steps in accordance with law. Accordingly, the contempt application is disposed of. Contempt proceedings are dropped.
