On perusal of the petition under consideration and after hearing the learned advocate for the writ petitioner, this Court directs the writ petitioner to cause service of notice along with a copy of the instant contempt application upon the alleged contemnor nos. 1 to 3 by Speed Post and to file affidavit-of-service on the adjourned date. 2.

Let the matter be listed for further consideration on July 31, 2025 under the same heading.

Considering the urgency of the situation, this Court once again directs the alleged contemnors herein to take appropriate steps for stoppage of work of any type of construction in Plot No. 434, J.L. No. 66 at Mouza - Indus, P.S. Indus, Bankura with immediate effect. 4.

Learned advocate for the writ petitioner is hereby requested to intimate the next date of hearing to the alleged contemnors with the server copy of this order along with a copy of the instant contempt application. (Partha Sarathi Sen, J.)
