1. Since the police filed charge sheet and since there is no adverse report as against the petitioner, the condition of the order granting bail dated May 2, 2024 requiring the petitioner to meet the Officer-in-Charge of Ranibandh police station once in a week until further orders is waived.

2. All other conditions of the order granting bail dated May 2, 2024 will remain the same.

3. IA No.: CRAN 1 of 2024 in CRM (DB) 1388 of 2024 is disposed of accordingly.
