Statements of witnesses show petitioner pushed the victim in the course of a scuffle. As a result, the victim fell down, suffered head injury and died.

In view of the aforesaid facts, we are of the opinion that this is not a fit case to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail is rejected. (Ananya Bandyopadhyay, J.) (Joymalya Bagchi, J.)
