The petitioners are aggrieved by the fact that the representation advanced to the Officer-inCharge, Usthi Police Station on or about 04.04.2025 did not yield any result. Petitioners complain that the private respondent is trying to grab their property and to that effect has been threatening and abusing them. It is also alleged that the private respondent is influential and is trying to exert her dominance thereby trying to oust the petitioners from the property which are in their possession.

Learned advocate appearing for the State submits that there is a long standing dispute existing between the petitioners and the private respondent over the property. Police authorities as and when informed have taken adequate steps.

Be that as it may, since the petitioners apprehend that their life, liberty and property are at stake, if further inconvenience is faced by the

petitioners, petitioners would inform the local police station. Police authorities would be prompt enough to take steps thereby preventing any untoward incident which may result because of the strained relationship existing between the petitioners and the private respondent.

With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition being WPA 10991 of 2025 is disposed of. There will be no order as to costs.

All concerned parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
