Petitioner is aggrieved by the nature of allegations which was addressed to the police authorities at the behest of the private respondents and the cases which have been registered particularly with regard to Haringhata P.S. Case No.111 of 2025 dated 25.02.2025. Petitioner alleges that the police authorities have been pressurizing for settling the dispute in spite of no case having been made out for investigation.

Learned advocate appearing for the private respondent no.6 submits that the private respondent no.6 has been hoodwinked by the petitioner resulting in huge financial loss for which the respondent no.6

was compelled to take shelter of the police authorities who had registered the case for a cognizable offence being made out and investigation has proceeded in accordance with law.

Petitioner is also aggrieved in respect of conduct of the police authorities particularly with regard to the manner in which Haringhata P.S. Case No.111 of 2025 has been dealt with. To that effect, petitioner is granted liberty to approach the jurisdictional court which is in seisin of Haringhata P.S. Case No.111 of 2025. So far as the criminal cases are concerned, no interference is made by this Court. Police authorities would proceed in accordance with law.

With the aforesaid observations, WPA 11178 of 2025 is disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.

Report so submitted be kept with the record.
