The petitioner's grievance is that he made one application for general transfer on special ground on 11th January, 2021 to the Commissioner of School Education but this application has not been considered as yet.

I direct the Commissioner of School Education to consider this application within a period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt of this order.

With this direction the writ application is disposed of.
