In the said order the date of the order "04.05.2023" be read as "04.09.2023".

The Department is directed to make the correction accordingly.

Let this order be treated as a part of the order dated September 04, 2023.

Re : CAN No. 2 of 2023 This is an application for restoration of the writ petition which was dismissed for default by an order dated September 04, 2023.

Sufficient grounds being made out by the petitioner as to his non-appearance on the relevant date, CAN No. 2 of 2023 is allowed.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents also raise no objection to this application. The order dated September 04, 2023 is recalled/set aside.

WPA No. 12347 of 2017 is restored to its file and number.

CAN No. 2 of 2023 is disposed of accordingly. Re : WPA No. 3622 of 2018 CAN No. 1 of 2023 is not in the file.

The department is directed to put up this application alongwith the above writ petition on the adjourned date. Let this matter appear under the heading "Hearing (Group-I)" on December 11, 2023.
