And In Re : Sakim Sk. @ Sakil ........ petitioner Mr. Mrityunjoy Chatterjee ...... for the petitioner Mr. S. S. Imam Mr. S. Kundu ...... for the State Having considered the materials on record disclosing prima facie involvement of the petitioner in kidnapping the victim girl and taking her to a different State for sexual exploitation, we are of the opinion that in view of gravity of the offence, this is not a fit case to grant bail to the petitioner.
