Heard learned counsels for the parties.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are in custody for 7 months. Charges have been framed. Their further detention is not required. They pray for bail.

Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer. It appears that bail prayer of the petitioners was turned down by this Court as recently as on 12th March, 2025. There is no change in circumstances which warrants a favourable order for the petitioners at this stage. In view of the above, the prayer for bail is rejected at this stage.

The application for bail is thus disposed of. Case diary be returned.
