The said respondent will communicate the way of which the matter can be resolved namely that the petitioner would be required to apply in his earlier name and after which the application for change of name shall be entertained. Since it is being submitted that the extended time for renewal of the petitioner's licence is due to expire on 30th June, 2022, the petitioner is directed to make an application in his earlier name in the concerned portal and after renewal of the licence, the petitioner will be at liberty for taking suitable steps for change of name before the concerned authorities.
WPA 10478 of 2022 is disposed of in terms of the above.
