Saidul Islam Mollah rup From the order dated 26th June, 2015, it appears that an application under Section 5 of the Limitation Act earlier filed was withdrawn by the petitioner and opportunity was given by the court to file afresh. From then petitioner did not appear, let alone by filing of any application under Section 5 of the Limitation act afresh. Thus, the revisional application being CRR 1307 of 2015 stands dismissed.
