And In Re : Ritesh Gupta ........ petitioner Mr. Shashanka Shekhar Saha ...... for the petitioner Mr. Sudip Ghosh, Mr. Bitasok Banerjee ...... for the State Having considered the materials on record disclosing prima facie involvement of the petitioner in assaulting the victim resulting in his death, we are of the opinion that this is not a fit case to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage.
