One of the injuries was classified as grievous hurt. Such injury relates to fracture of shaft radius. Petitioners stand implicated in the incident of assault on the two victims. Considering the gravity of the offence and the involvement of the petitioners in the incident, we are unable to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.

Prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners is rejected. CRM (A) 1932 of 2023 is dismissed.
