1. Petitioner submits he is innocent and he has been falsely implicated. Victim has already been examined. He was on bail earlier. He prays for bail.

2. Learned lawyer for the State opposes the bail prayer.

3. We have considered the evidence of the victim (PW1). From her evidence it appears she had been trafficked by co-accused and was kept in the house of the petitioner in a different State. Profile of the case involves inter-state trafficking of women for sexual exploitation. Petitioner had misused his liberty earlier and had been taken into custody. There is possibility that he shall abscond, if released on bail.

4. Under such circumstances, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

5. Accordingly, prayer for bail is rejected.

6. Trial court is requested to expedite the trial and conclude the same at an early date.
