This matter is 16.12.2022 Court No.35 Item No. 24 I.T (p.a) pending in the list since 15.11.2022 and has been called on each day of working of this court since that date. Inspite of that no one is appearing. The petitioner is found to be not interest in this case. Therefore, the same is taken up today for disposal on merit. The proceedings in connection with Uttarpara Police Station Case No.

75/2013 dated 11.02.2013 corresponding to G.R.

Case No.375/2013 is under challenge in this revision. The petitioner has prayed for quashing of the same. A police case was started namely as above against the petitioner pursuant to the FIR dated 11.02.2013 under Sections 406/420/120B IPC. The matter involves breach of terms of agreement between the promoter and the partnership firm entrusted by the promoter for development works. On perusal of the entire materials available on record and the grounds made up by the petitioner I am constrained to find that the grounds thereof are not sufficient and cogent enough to warrant this court's interference into the impugned order. Hence, in my considered opinion the revision is liable to be dismissed. Criminal Revision being CRR 1518 of 2016 is dismissed. Connected application being CRAN 6 of 2018 (Old No: CRAN 3516 of 2018) is also dismissed.
