The cheque of Rs. 6,000,00/- (Rupees six lakh only) has been honoured and the amount has been credited in the bank account of the petitioners. Learned advocate for the petitioners submits that the men and officers of the Public Works Department (PWD) are stacking construction materials in front of the shop room of the petitioners.

The PWD officers are requested to remove the construction materials immediately after the construction is over.

The writ petition stands disposed of.

Report in the form of affidavit filed by the Municipality be retained with the records.
