None appears on behalf of the petitioner and no accommodation is prayed for. Even on earlier occasion, none appeared on behalf of the petitioner.

This case pertains to the year 2016, i.e. almost nine years have been passed.

Upon perusal of the record, it appears the petitioner has filed this instant revisional application under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, seeking quashing of a proceeding pending before the learned Judicial Magistrate, 4th Court, Serampur, arising out of Uttarpara P.S. Case No.75/2013 dated 11.02.2013 corresponding to G.R. Case No.375/2013 being Charge Sheet No.195/2013 dated 31.05.2013 under Section 406/420/120B of the IPC.

Under the facts and circumstances of this case it is quite clear that the petitioner is not interested to

pursue this case. Accordingly, the CRR 1519 of 2016 is dismissed.

All connected applications, if any, are also dismissed.

The interim order, if any, stands vacated.

All parties shall act in terms of the copy of the order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
