Having considered the materials on record prima facie disclosing involvement of the petitioner in attempting to rape the victim which compelled her to commit suicide, we are of the opinion this is not a fit case to grant anticipatory bail to him. Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner stands rejected.
