The report filed by the District Judge, Hooghly dated 12.09.2023 states that Gurap Police Station Case No. 31/2009 was disposed of on 11.08.2015 by the Court of learned Additional Sessions Judge, F.T.C-1, Chinsurah, Hooghly which ended in acquittal of the petitioners. Let the same be kept on record.

Under such circumstances, the instant revisional application has become infructuous and disposed of. Copy of the order be sent to the trial court for immediate compliance.
