Inadvertently typographical error crept in the order dated 19.04.2024.

In the 6th line of the 6th Paragraph of the order dated 19.04.2024 'The order dated 03.11.2011 passed by the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sreerampur, in Misc. Case No. 25 of 2008 under Section 125 of the Code of Criminal Procedure' this portion should be deleted.

Department is directed to make necessary correction to that effect in the order dated 19.04.2024.

Other portions of the order shall remain the same. Copy of the order be sent to the Department for immediate compliance.
