The report filed by the Officer-in-Charge, Ekbalpore PS dated 19.9.2023 through the Learned Registrar Administration (L&OM) forwarded by learned advocate for the State, stated that the petitioner to have expired on 19.10.2016 supported by a copy of the death certificate and the said report be kept with the record.

Under such circumstances, the instant revisional application has become infructuous and accordingly, disposed of.
