A-8405 dated 16th August, 2021. The document showing payment of full court fees be kept on record.

The matter relates to some grievances of the petitioners as to selection of upper primary grade teachers by the West Bengal Central School Service Commission.

Learned advocate for the petitioners submitted that this matter is covered by the judgement delivered by this court in WPA 10789 of 2021 (Abhijit Ghosh - Vs.- State of West Bengal & Ors.).

The judgement and order passed in that matter was carried to appeal and the appeal court has also

passed an order and, therefore, the order passed by this court has merged with the judgement of the appeal court.

The petitioners can follow the directions given by the appeal court.

However, this order shall never be construed as an order extending the time to file representation by the petitioners.

The matter is disposed of.
