It appears from such report that there are 26 police cases pending against the petitioner. The petitioner is not on bail on all those police cases.

Considering the gravity of the offence and the involvement of the petitioner therein as transpiring from the materials in the case dairy and considering the criminal antecedents of the petitioner, we are unable to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is rejected. CRM (A) 2738 of 2022 is dismissed.
