In the second line of paragraph 1 of the said order, the expression "order dated 13th June, 2013" shall stand corrected and be read as "decree dated 13th June, 2013".

In the second line of paragraph 12 of the said order, the expression "order dated 13th June, 2013" shall stand corrected and be read as "decree dated 13th June, 2013".

Let the aforesaid corrections be incorporated in the order dated 16.01.2026.

The other parts of the said order shall remain unaltered.

6.

The Department is directed to make necessary corrections.
