Report submitted on behalf of the State be also kept with the record. Report on behalf of the state reflects that there was an installation of an advertisement banner over the roof of the rented shop.

The petitioner apprehends that his possession may be affected because of the act and approach of the private respondents.

Petitioner has already approached the Rent Controller and submitted a representation with the

Superintendent of Police as also approached the Executive Magistrate.

In view of the apprehension expressed by the petitioner, I direct the Superintendent of Police to consider the representation submitted on 18.03.2024 and if he finds that the petitioner is a tenant in respect of the property, he (Superintendent of Police of the district) would ensure that without due process of law he is not thrown out of the property in question.

With the aforesaid observations WPA 11922 of 2024 is disposed of. Pending applications if any are consequently disposed of.
