Mr. Bapuli, learned advocate appearing for the State submits that the next date has been fixed before the learned sessions court on 18.07.2023. The petitioner approached this Court at a stage when only the charge-sheet was submitted before the learned ACJM. Consequently the case has been committed to the court of sessions.

Having regard to the change of circumstances, the petitioner is granted liberty to canvass the points agitated in the present revisional application at the stage of Sections 227/228 of the Code of Criminal Procedure before the jurisdictional trial court.

With the aforesaid observations, the revisional application being CRR 1487 of 2021 is disposed of. Pending connected applications, if any, are consequently disposed of.
