It is the grievance of the petitioner that in spite of earlier order of this Court passed on 1st June, 2017 in WP 14938 (W) of 2017 directing the respondent authorities concerned to pay the service benefits which the petitioner was entitled to, though the respondent no. 3/The District Inspector of Schools (SE), Hooghly, in compliance of the aforesaid order of this Court has made payment but entry in the service book of the petitioner has not been made by the respondent authorities concerned and to this effect he seeks leave of this court to make representation before the authority concerned.

Considering the submission of the parties, this writ petition is disposed of by granting leave to the petitioner to make a representation in the aforesaid regard within two weeks from the date and if such representation is made within two weeks before the authority concerned, it shall

consider and dispose of the same in accordance with law and by passing a reasoned and speaking order and after giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner within six weeks from the date of communication of this order and shall communicate his decision to the petitioner within two weeks thereafter.

WPA No. 9985 of 2019 is accordingly disposed of. (Md. Nizamuddin, J.)
