Heard the learned Counsels appearing on behalf of the parties.

Petitioner renews his prayer for bail. It is submitted there was a love affair between the parties.

Learned Advocate for the State opposes the prayer for bail.

We have considered the materials on record and we note petitioner had resorted fraudulent misrepresentation to cohabit with the minor. He had committed similar acts with other women also.

In view of the aforesaid incriminating materials on record and as his prayer for bail was rejected earlier, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected.
