2. Learned counsel for the petitioner/State by placing reliance on the written instruction No.725H(Law)/PE/15S-172/25 dated 11.06.2026 submits that the petitioner/State has decided to withdraw the present writ petition.

3. The other side has no objection.

4. The petition is dismissed as withdrawn.

5. The Registry shall keep the instruction dated 11.06.2026 carefully in the record.

7. Learned counsel for the State, in furtherance of previous order passed by this court, obtained written instruction No.725-H(Law)/PE/15S-172/25 dated 11.06.2026 and apprised the court that State wants to withdraw CAN 2 of 2026 and CAN 3 of 2026 filed in WPA(P) 153 of 2025.

8. The other side has no objection.

9. Accordingly, CAN 2 of 2026 and CAN 3 of 2026 are dismissed as withdrawn.

In re: CRA(DB) 201 of 2026, CRM(A) 1293 of 2026, CRM(A) 1364 of 2026 and WPA(P) 153 of 2025 with CAN 1 of 2026 10.

Parties are represented through their respective learned counsel.

The appeal being CRA (DB) 201 of 2026 contains an arguable point and is formally admitted for hearing. 12.

Learned counsel for the petitioners in WPA(P) 153 of 2025 prays for 10 days time, as a last chance, to argue the matter.

Learned counsel for the NIA in connected appeal also prays for time to file supplementary investigation report.

Learned counsel for the other respondents has no objection.
