The petitioner has earlier approached this court by way of WPA 28460 of 2022.

As none appears on behalf of the State, Mr. Bellal Shaikh, learned advocate, who ordinarily appears on behalf of the State is directed to represent the State.

His appearance may be regularised by the concerned authority.

Having regard to the core issue as contained in the writ petition, primarily, I find that the dispute relates to

demarcation of the property, as such, the same do not call for any interference of this Court as the same is a private dispute.

However, the police authorities would only oversee that no untoward incident results because of the strained relationship existing between the parties.

With the aforesaid observations, WPA 11137 of 2025 is disposed of.

Pending application(s), if any, is also disposed of.
