No.2 Mr. Madhusudan Sur Mr. Dipankar Paramanick .....For the State Mr. Sur, learned advocate appearing for the State submitted a report. The report be kept on record. On perusal of the report, prima facie, I am of the opinion that the Investigating Agency has collected documents from the B.L. & L.R.O. as well as from the A.D.S.R., Burdwan. The Investigating Agency is ready to submit their report in final form before the Jurisdictional Court.

Mr. Uday Sankar Chatterjee, learned advocate appearing on behalf of the Burdwan Bar Association, on the earlier occasion has filed affidavit affirmed by the Secretary of the Burdwan Bar Association of Burdwan Judges Court who has given an undertaking that they would

not create any impediment, if the petitioners are present and the resolution which was passed were not in accordance with law. Having regard to the stage of the case and undertaking given by the Burdwan Bar Association, the circumstances under which the application for quashing and/or prayer for transfer was advanced before this Court has altered. The petitioners are directed to approach the learned C.J.M., Burdwan in case any difficulty arises so far as the merits of the case is concerned, I am of the opinion that this is not a fit case at this stage before this Court to interfere with. The Secretary of Bar Association having given an undertaking that any further impediment created to the petitioners would be dealt with very seriously. With this aforesaid observations, C.R.R. 1530 of 2021 is disposed of.

Pending applications, if any, are consequently disposed of. All parties are directed to act on the server copy of this order downloaded from the official website of this Hon'ble Court. (Tirthankar Ghosh, J.)
