The petitioners are the defendant nos. 1 and 2 in a suit for partition being Title Suit No. 562 of 2013, which is pending before the Court of the learned Civil Judge(Senior Division) at Serampore, District -Hooghly.

The petitioners are praying a direction for expeditious disposal of the suit.

It appears from the record that service return is yet to be completed, in view of such stage of the suit, the direction, as prayed for is pre-matured.

C.O. 1565 of 2024 is dismissed as such without any order as to costs.
