This is a transfer matter. The petitioner submits that his place of work is nearly 250 km. away from his residence.

I direct the Chairman, District Primary School Council, Purba Burdwan to give an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and decide the matter within a period of four weeks from the date of communication of this order and to pass a reasoned order by two weeks after taking the hearing and to communicate the same to the petitioner.

With the above observation and direction this writ application is disposed of.
