1. Heard the lawyers for the parties.

2. We have considered the materials on record. Trial is at a matured stage. Only examination of the Investigating Officer is left.

3. In view of the fact and the nature of offence, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

4. Trial be expedited and concluded at an early date preferably within four months from next date fixed for recording evidence without granting any unnecessary adjournment to any of the parties.
