1. In an incident of physical assault one persons suffered cut injury over the scalp abrasion and multiple fracture of rib.

2. The petitioner stands implicated in such assault.

3. Notwithstanding the fact that the police filed charge sheet, considering the gravity of the offence and the involvement of the petitioner therein, we are unable to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

4. The application for anticipatory bail, is thus, rejected. (Debangsu Basak, J.) (Md. Shabbar Rashidi, J.)
