15.06.2022 sdas rejected C.R.M. (NDPS) 624 of 2022 In Re:- An application for bail under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure in connection with Belghoria Police Station Case No. 497 of 2021 dated 25.07.2021 under Sections 20(b)(i)(c )/29 of the NDPS Act.

We have considered the materials on record. Narcotic substance, above commercial quantity, was recovered from three vehicles. Petitioner was present in one of those vehicles. In view of the aforesaid incriminating materials and statutory restrictions under Section 37 of the NDPS Act and as his prayer for bail was rejected earlier, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
