The petitioner is aggrieved by investigation into FIRs being Potaspur PS Case Nos. 7 of 2022 dated 07.01.2022, 94 of 2023 dated 11.03.2023 and of dated 19.04.2023.

The first two FIRs have been investigated and have resulted in charge sheet Nos. 24 of 2022 dated January 21, 2022 and 174 of 2023 dated April 30, 2023. The third FIR is under investigation.

It is ordered that the investigation into the subject FIRs be completed as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of 2 months from date.

The petitioner is aggrieved by investigation already conducted by the police, which resulted in the aforesaid two charge sheets.

He may apply before the Magistrate under Section 173(8) the Cr. P.C. in that regard.

With the aforesaid observation, the instant writ petition shall stand disposed of.

7.

There shall be no order as to costs.

8.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
