1. None for the appellant even in the pass-over round.

2. The challenge in this intra-court appeal is to the order dated 13th July, 2021. The grievance as projected in the impugned order shows that after filing of the writ petition the petitioner was allegedly attacked by a Civic Volunteer and a complaint was lodged in the police. The order impugned shows that learned counsel for the petitioner prayed for that action should be taken on the basis of the said subsequent event. Learned Single Judge opined that a subsequent event cannot be a reason for issuing a direction in a writ petition.

3. In our opinion, learned Single Judge has taken a plausible view which does not warrant any interference in this matter.

4. Resultantly, the intra-court appeal is hereby dismissed.

5. Accordingly, CAN/1/2021 is also dismissed.

6. No order as to costs.
