1. We have considered the materials on record. Bail prayer of the petitioner was turned down earlier on merits. Trial is in progress.

2. Some of the vital witnesses are yet to be examined.

3. In such circumstances, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage.

4. Accordingly, prayer for bail is rejected.
