Since a writ Court does not execute the orders of the Civil Court, the petitioner should avail the provisions of the CPC for the aforesaid purpose.

The Officer-in-Charge, Uttarpara Police Station has already taken steps and has directed the parties to maintain peace and tranquility in the area.

In that view of the matter, no interference is called for.

Hence, WPA 11951 of 2021 shall stand disposed of with the aforesaid observations.

There shall be no order as to costs.

Instructions dated August 2, 2021 issued by the Inspector-in-Charge, Uttarpara Police Station are taken on record.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
