Petitioners seek anticipatory bail.

Learned Advocate appearing for the petitioners submits that the petitioner no.1, Pradip Bauri, surrendered before the jurisdictional Court and obtained bail. The present petition may be treated as not pressed so far as the petitioner no.1 is concerned.

Learned Advocate appearing for the State draws the attention of the Court to the contents in the case diary. Considering the materials in the case diary and the gravity of the offences and considering the fact that the petitioner no.1 was granted bail by the jurisdictional Court, we grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner nos.2 to 11, namely, Bappa Das, Joyram Ruidas, Dipak Bauri, Daru Bauri, Amritya Mondal, Dinu Bauri, Dhananjay Bauri, Ranjit Bauri, Asish Ruidas and Shyamapada Gorain.

Accordingly, we direct that in the event of arrest, the

petitioner nos.2 to 11 shall be released on bail upon furnishing a Bond of Rs.10,000/- each with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of the Arresting Officer and also subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 and on further condition that the petitioner nos.2 to 11 shall meet the Investigating Officer once a month until further orders and that they shall appear before the jurisdictional Court and pray for regular bail within four weeks from date.

The petition is dismissed as not pressed for the petitioner no.1, Pradip Bauri.

The application for anticipatory bail being C.R.M. 4881 of 2021 is, thus, disposed of.
