It appears that the petitioner retired from service in the year 2015 and PPO was issued in favour of the petitioner in the same year and arrears thereof have been paid in the year 2016. The writ petition has been filed in the year 2024, after a delay of 8 years of receipt of terminal benefits. 2.

Hence, no relief can, therefore, be granted to the petitioner.

WPA 11959 of 2024 shall stand dismissed.

There shall be no order as to costs.
