Mr. Chatterjee, learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that the present petitioner has left the factory who has been implicated in the instant case. Learned advocate submits that because of mis-communication, petitioner could not appear before the Court and the Court at the first instance issued non-bailable warrant of arrest and subsequently issued proclamation and attachment, although there was no report in respect of execution of the earlier warrant of arrest. In view of the submissions so advanced, Learned advocate for the petitioner is directed to serve copy of the revisional application upon Mr. Tanmay Kr. Ghosh, Learned Advocate who ordinarily appears for the State and who is directed to appear in this mater and represent the State. His appointment may be regularized by the concerned authority.

In view of the plight expressed by the learned advocate appearing for the petitioner and the undertaking given by him, I direct the petitioner to appear before the Learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bankura by 1st July 2022, in that case, the Learned Chief Judicial Magistrate would allow the petitioner to continue on the same bail and bond with further conditions, as it deems fit and proper.

The warrant of arrest or the warrant/proclamation/ attachment so pending is stayed till the petitioner surrenders by 1st of July 2022.

Accordingly, CRR 1943 of 2022 is disposed of. All pending connected applications, if any, are consequently disposed of.
