Petitioner complains that he was in possession of a shop from which he has been dispossessed and thereafter there has been demolition of the property. Additionally, it has been submitted that the petitioner is not only facing financial crisis but is without any employment which is because of the overt acts at the behest of the private respondents.

State has submitted a report. Report reflects that the document which has been enclosed relating to electricity bill is of the year 2006. There has been discontinuation of the electricity in the year 2012. The property which is being referred to is of the mother of the present petitioner who has handed over the same to the developer. There are also cases which

have been initiated against the present petitioner by his mother being Lake Town P.S. Case No.151 of 2025 dated 02.06.2025.

Having regard to the fact that there is a family feud between the mother and the son already existing, I am not inclined to interfere in respect of the prayers advanced in the present writ petition. Accordingly, WPA 11176 of 2025 is disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.

Report so submitted be kept with the record.
