Bose ... for the State It appears that an inadvertent typographical error has crept into the order dated 16.02.2023 passed in this revision. At the eighth line of the said order instead of "Section 125 of Cr.P.C.", it should actually be "Section 127 of Cr.P.C". The inadvertent typographical error is hereby corrected of the order dated 16.02.2023 shall always be read conjointly with this order.
