A minor of 15 years recorded a statement under Section 164 of the Criminal Procedure Code stating that she was kidnapped and that forceful physical relationship was entered into with her.

The minor implicates the petitioner in the incident. Considering the gravity of the offence and the involvement of the petitioner in the incident, we are unable to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

Prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is rejected. CRM (A) 1939 of 2023 is dismissed.
