Learned Advocate appearing for the State draws the attention of the Court to the injury report and the statement recorded under Section 161 of the Criminal Procedure Code.

Considering the nature of the injury and the statement recorded under Section 161 of the Criminal Procedure Code, we are unable to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. The prayer for anticipatory bail is rejected. CRM 4879 of 2021 is, accordingly, dismissed.
